Military Welcome

CRST has veterans working in all types of work settings, including in the shop; and we know that getting started as a technician can be difficult. We offer transitioning military a fully stocked toolbox at their start date. After they have completed 24 months of employment, the $4,000 toolbox is theirs to keep! CRST is committed to serving our veterans and ensuring their success by offering career pathing - we are above 70% with promotional roles being filled from within.
